"This is a newer (2019) hotel, centally located, in a very old neighborhood. The staff tries very hard to create a high level of guest experience. The restaurant offers excellent food. Our room was on the 4th floor...but the elevator only goes to 3. Our room was large & comfortable. It had 2 balconies ..."

"Property filthy owner says it was cleaned but it wasn't everything was covered in mice poo, dead bugs, stained, broken, pool unclean, access terrible, chairs filthy bathrooms disgusting, bedding not fit, curtains all stained, broken cooker, no gas for 5 days, poor communication with owner very dismissive, ..."
