The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "The service was good, and everyone we spoke with at the property was very polite. Aside from that, I don’t have many good things to say. The room was dated, the basic rooms look nothing like the photos online, the bed was too soft and quite uncomfortable. WiFi worked intermittently. The hot tub was cold and sauna was very small. Overall very disappointed in what I thought was gong to be a very relaxing stay."

"Simple hotel, clean and tidy. We used it as a base to ski in Meribel, So we only spent a few hours sleeping and having breakfast at the hotel. We will stay again. 2 min walk to lift station, some car parking, ski and boot room, again simple but works."
