-Lastly, I have a quick favor to ask. That way, we can make sure everything stays secure. When you're ready to leave, could you please put the keys in the lockbox and shake the combination?

Please do NOT smoke inside the unit. This is a smoke-free space. (Fine: $350) If the special chip bracelet is lost, the replacement fee is $150.
Late check-out is not allowed without prior authorization. (Fine: $200) Lost or damaged keys will incur a $100 replacement fee per key.
Parties are not allowed. (Fine: $500) Alcohol, food, or drug consumption is strictly prohibited in the pool area. (Fine: $500)
