The apartment is conveniently located on a pedestrian street in central Avignon, and it is spacious, clean, comfortable, and furnished with all the necessities. It was particularly nice to have both a clothes and dishwasher. Most importantly, Paul and Claudie are warm and gracious hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We recommend their apartment most enthusiastically and hope to be able to return!"

"Check-in didn’t quite work as instructed. The person at the apartment we were told to contact didn’t understand why we contacted them. Luckily a young woman let us enter the building so we could access the apartment. While the apartment was quite a ways from city center, there was a convenient bus line and stop just 1/2 a block away. The kitchen facilities and access to wifi were just fine. "

"The host was very welcoming - a great place to stay while visiting Avignon and surrounding areas. Very comfortable apartment with everything I needed - new, modern appliances, a comfy bed , plenty of hot water and lots of sunshine ! Merci !"

"À la suite d'une annonce fausse sur le site, abritel a plutot bien géré une location de rechange . celle-ci a été improvisée à la hâte et l'aménagement s'en ressentait mais en revanche la personne qui a géré notre accueil s'est avérée efficace. Pour une location aux normes (et au prix) il y a pas mal de choses à revoir (changer la literie, revoir l'aménagement de la cuisine, prevoir plutôt une douche à la place de la baignoire, et quelques petits détails auxquels les touristes sont sensibles, et...

"The space was good; however, there is no AC in the room. We were luck there was an extra portable AC available and we got to use it. Also, there is no washing machine in the room and you can’t use the laundry room in the property, despite of what they told us when I called. As for the address, it may be more straightforward if they tell you the units are in a retirement house! :) The people on the front desk do not speak English well, so thanks for Google translate."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec mon épouse quelques petits désagréments qui ont rendu l'expérience moins belle que prévue: le jacuzzi fait sauter le compteur c'est vraiment dommage, l'absence de VMC remplacé par une Vmc portative ne semble pas suffisant, l'odeur de chlore et d'humidité reste forte. Enfin, le bruit du jacuzzi la nuit peut déranger ceux qui ont un sommeil léger mais ça reste normal dans la répartition de l'espace, ainsi que le matelas qui semble cassé sur le côté....

"In addition to good accommodations, the location was just outside the walled old town. The town center was about a 2.5 one way walk. It was a plus being able to close the bedroom doors to separate the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. There is a grocery store just outside the hotel fence. About the old town: The economy in the city seemed to be a bit depressed with a number of storefronts closed permanently. While we took a break at the public park across the street from the police station, we observed several drug deals taking place. We made a personal decision not to be out after dusk. And an FYI, there is a free mini bus that will pick you up near the Thiers entrance outside the wall and take you as far as Place Pie in city center."
