Communication was horrible and did not live up to the bilingual standard. Plus they moved my family to another room last minute while my 7 month old was in a bath. Didn't even attempt to Whatsapp me. Nor did they respond fairly quickly when messaged through this app. They don't offer cleaning services as listed only the cleaning lady will do it as a favor but will charge you. Highly inconvenient over all. Was a beautiful place but lack of communication was so awful we decided to go stay somewhere else. And I have a high tolerance for a B.S. Very strict with check out. Don't even know if they offered the breakfast part because the communication was so bad. Traveled through Europe over the past month. Worst place I've stayed so far. Its better you learn Italian before you come stay here. Otherwise good luck

Sono entrata, ho visto che non corrispondeva minimamente all’immagine in foto, sono entrata in bagno (o meglio nella zona WC, non c’è un vero e proprio bagno in quella stanza), ho sentito un odore tremendo, sono uscita e me ne sono andata. In totale ci ho passato 20 minuti prima di decidere che era invivibile e andarmene.

Très bien pour Toranto

Un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel pour ce petit B&B de trois chambre et studio. l'appartement est bien situé, et permet de prendre son petit déjeuner en regardant la mer. Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de diversité car j'ai déjeuné exactement la même chose pendant 13 jours, croissant plus café plus jus de fruit. Une seul fois j'ai eu un morceau de tarte à l'agrume. En ce qui concerne ma chambre elle était petite mais très bien décoré et bien agencé avec un petit balcon qui donné sur les toits de la ville. Les serviettes étaient changes toutes les semaines et les draps égalements. Il y avait un sèche cheveux et un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Pour mon arrivée il n'y avait personne j'ai dû appeler le numéro de téléphone donné et on m'a expliqué la procédure d'ouverture de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et l'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement pour accéder à ma chambre. Pour information les chambres se trouvent dans un ancien appartement qui a été transformé en vend and breakfast. Le personnel est sympa par contre il ne parle que l'italien et la propriété parle un peu l'anglais. Les choses à améliorer sont les suivantes, variée l'offre du petit déjeuner , faire un petit effort sur la langue pour les touriste étranger et un effort sur le détartrage de la douche et le lavage du sol et remettre un petit coup de peinture sur le mur a l'entrée de la plus petite chambre à cause du passage des gens et du peu d'espace entre le mur et le lit.
