"The property is very new and very large! Would be a great venue for a family or group of friends looking for a peaceful and private stay in the South of the island. It would be worth noting that the owner has a private flat on the premises and is sometimes around although i was never bothered by this. The property is not quite finished (some lights not fitted, filler marks to walls etc) but this did not impede my stay. I did miss that there was no washing machine, kettle or coffee machine. "We booked an apartment for four in Costa Calma and it was great. Although we needed several changes before we arrived, everything was perfectly organised by Javier. He was very friendly and even gave us tips for shopping groceries and going out. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and and beautiful. We even had a laundry machine and a dishwasher."
