Guests have shared use of the swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches. The property is fenced, free public parking is available. located near the residence (50m). In the structure, on request, a shared space with a washing machine, iron and ironing board is available.

The station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is located 50 m from the property . Near motordrome, tennis courts and horse riding center. Guests will receive from the owner a valid passport for entry to the Lanterna tourist village.

* Any damage caused please declare to the owner that after an accurate assessment of the damage cost will be charged on the spot.
