Conkles Hollow is a state nature preserve within the Hocking Hills region. Its sheer cliffs of Black Hand sandstone rise nearly 200 feet above the valley floor.

The deep, cool gorge, which is only 100 feet wide in places and is considered to be the deepest in Ohio, has numerous waterfalls cascading over its sandstone cliffs.

The lower trail through the gorge is about 1 mile and is accessible for the most casual of hikers. The rim trail is a couple miles long and is a bit more strenuous.

Incredible secluded cabin featuring amazing forest views off of the back deck!

"Family outing. grand parents, kids, and grandkids; total of 10, but more could fit with sleeping bags. We're an outdoor family and this cabin is truly secluded, photos in post are 'real'. There is another cabin in proximity, but each are private. The host and communication were great and the sight had all amenities helping our stay. The cabin is fresh, clean, and held our 3 cars simply with room to spare. We had Camry, mini van, and pickup truck. All 3 vehicles did fine, however had there been snow the 4x4 would be needed. But the car & van did fine with a slow & steady approach. The simple lane approach is perfect for a remote cabin and the kids all want to return for another stay. We really appreciated the host hospitality and assistance!"

Memorial Day Getaway

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bushby House! It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend.We especially enjoyed the trails on the property which we hiked every day with our pup. The fire pit and the hot tub were also a treat.We also loved the app, so handy and helpful! We listened to their playlist and even visited the natural spring that they mentioned. It was great to have all of that information readily available. We would definitely recommend the Bushby House for guests that are looking for a little luxury but also some peace and quiet!"

"The bedrooms were all a nice size. Lovely living room to sit easily 8. Pool table used a lot. Loved the pond and all the critters around the property. Too much time hiking to ever turn on any of the TV's. Nice covered picnic table outside to play games at. Loved the covered deck. "
