Situated on the picturesque Langmeil Estate on the edge of Tanunda, with its quiet streets and beautiful parklands, this large architect designed modern executive home with an impressive garden and 3 en-suite bedrooms is the perfect base for your visit to the wine capital with three excellent wineries within walking distance.

Lochnagar is been thoughtfully set up so our guests lack nothing. From high speed wifi, complimentary bicycles to explore the extensive shared bicycle paths that extend the full length of the Barossa Valley. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances you would ever need and all our bed linen and towelling are great quality ensuring total comfort for your stay.

You will have access to the entire place.

We don`t live on site, but are a phone call away and live nearby.

Unfortunately our place is not set up to accomodate children and infants.

Lochnagar is an ideal location - there are 6 winery cellar doors within 2 kilometres!

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
