"Nice hotel, convenient location no significant road noise. The town is a 2 min walk unfortunately on a Sat night the Pub stopped serving food at 8pm, the Indian stopped at 8:30, the Pizza Shop shut at 8:00 ......... Un realistic for. Sat Night at the end of school holiday season..... apparently our money was not good enough, the only option we have was Indian "TAKEAWAY:" no dine in because they wanted to close..... "Remember it's 3 star budget accommodation and you'll have realistic expectations and a comfortable stay. This was my third visit. I do find the mattress too firm for me, but my husband said it was fine. This time I felt a bit of maintenance was needed: the hair dryer died, the exhaust fan sounded on it's way out and the shower head might be next. "Curtains in rooms mouldy. Bare basics in kitchen."

"The room was large and comfortable. The staff jump started our car when we found the battery was dead the morning of our departure. Super helpful and friendly! We highly recommend."

"The accommodation was so clean, bed was the best yet (4 night trip so far staying in pubs only). Honestly can't fault the place, beer was cheap, food excellent and the fireplaces roaring. I was a good night stay"

"A short but sweet getaway, stayed on my way from Sydney to Melbourne. Woke up to the most stunning view over Merimbula in what was a very nicely styled, comfortable room. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!"

"Great sized room dog friendly. Has an big fenced run for the dogs out the back. Has Netflix and all the rest. 10/10"

"One night away with myself and daughter for a beach trip. We did not liaise with any staff so could not really rate that appropriately. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean, great location, easy parking and seamless check-in. The business spans over two large properties. We were opposite the holiday park. There was a pool available on our side, and a small water park area with slides and sprinklers available in the holiday park side. I am unsure if you are able to...
