"I selected this hotel primarily for its location, close to the places I wanted to visit and I was not disappointed. Many a night following a whole day of walking and photography, I was relieved as I staggered back to the hotel close by. Places more than a kilometer away are reached by cheap ride-share Grab. This 4-star hotel presented and felt like one, and the cost was very reasonable. To top it all, it has a gym and roof-top infinity pool with fabulous views. The reception staff were friendly and competent. There is an additional $10 ringgit per night charge/tax. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people, with all the amenities you require, including disposable slippers, free bottles of water, a safe, and conveniently, socket points that will take plugs from all over the world. Great if you forgot to bring an adaptor or only brought one. There was a hot and cold water fountain near the lifts of each floor for an endless supply. I thought they could be more generous with the tea, coffee and sugar sachets (only 2-3 each) so that they don't need replenishing everyday. Room service meals stop at 10pm. On certain nights, only buffet meals are on offer, no a la carte. A 24 hour 7-Eleven store is within the block. There are 2 Malay restaurants nearby and an area with food trucks which I didn't get to explore. Overall, I was very pleased with my choice of hotel for 4 nights stay."

"It’s a fantastic idea, very clean and well maintained. It is lovely to have all the facilities of a hotel room on the transit side at the airport. No need to pass through immigration if you are transferring to another flight with a longer stopover. Clean, quiet and private with a shower room and toilet in the room."
