"This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka. "Everything was nice. Check in was smooth, and communication was good. Apartment was clean and in decent shape overall. The security guard at the pool could use a lesson in decency and politeness. Gym was suitable but not for heavy lifters. The area around the building is NOT pedestrian friendly, but we did find a few cool shops and restaurants. Overall it was a pretty good experience. "

"The mirror inside the room should not face the bed. There is an empty wall near the main door which would be a more suitable place to position the mirror. Regarding parking, the hotel should reserve indoor parking spaces for in-house guests. On the day of my stay, there was an event at the hotel and most of the indoor parking lots were occupied by non-guests. As a result, I had to park outside under the hot sun"
