"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. "I am from Guam and stayed at the Guam Hilton for the New Years holiday. I was very impressed with Guam's very friendly and welcoming island culture. Just about everyone was smiling and genuinely happy to see me. There only a few that didn't acknowledge me even though I said "Hello" but maybe they were having a very bad day. The housekeeping was especially courteous and I admired their professionalism. Room was very nice and clean. "
