"The property is GREAT, we loved the amenities (tennis court, pool, sauna, gym). The staff is incredible in all of the amenities, always very helpful with water, towels, whatnot.
SPECIAL KUDOS to the BREAKFAST staff, they literally made our every morning by securing the best table for us, always remembering how we take our coffees and eggs and being most respectful with big smiles. Btw breakfast is a 5* buffet that is definitely worth selecting as part of your package.
We stayed at the property during Durga Puja but for work & studies, and as much as we loved the festivities, we regretted not requesting the room away from lobby/restaurant/elevator as loud noises were literally following us everywhere. ALSO facing the pool does NOT mean quiet; the hotel hosts crazy loud parties in the courtyard and the bass could make you jump off the bed."
