"Our stay here was amazing. Mohamed and Hamza at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. We were very impressed!! Fati in the spa gave the best hammam treatment we received during our time in Morocco. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for everyone. The lunch/dinner restaurant was alright, we only had pizza as it was very overpriced for most things. It is easy to walk down the street to some other options or take a taxi. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would come back! We had a good experience in the spa one of the days but the next day it wasn’t as good. They were very behind causing us to have to sit and wait. One worker clearly didn’t want to be there and would sigh and complain about being at work which isn’t exactly nice to hear as a paying customer. One of our treatments got cancelled altogether due to the delay and we couldn’t reschedule as we were flying home the next day. "
