"We were greeted by warm and helpful staff on all 3 occasions. Our room in the updated building was clean with modern bathroom. I particularly liked the comfortable pillows and duvet. Outstanding complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus. I highly recommend the hotel for value and comfort."

"This is a basic budget hotel with self-service check-in. The room was small but very clean and looked almost newly built. Check-in was straightforward, with room access through my phone. I stayed during Oktoberfest, when hotel prices were very high. I understand the seasonal demand, but the price is why I’m giving it four stars rather than five."

"This has been the only hotel room in the world...that I have been able sleep with the window open..... absolutely lovely... 10 diamonds and 10 stars..and the attentive staff at breakfast.. treated me with royal kindness... best place I have stayed in my 66 years on this noisy, busy planet. Breakfast was the best... very scrumptious!"

"I wanted hot water for tea and I have to go to the front desk which was across from my building. Not convenient. The bathroom was not very clean. When I lay down to sleep there were crumbs on the bed and that was my first night. Obviously it wasn’t changed. We were so tired from traveling and my husband was already asleep."

"Staff are amazing, Helpful and friendly. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. The property is immaculate. The breakfast was ok, just repetitive but we were able to have good food to start our days and that's what's important. The room we were in was teeny tiny, there was barely enough room to shuffle past the bed, and there weren't any dresser drawers at all which made organizing a hassle. I happened to walk past a room that was being cleaned and saw that it was easily 2 times the size of our room, so maybe that room costs more and we simply got what we paid for which is ok, i still wish there were drawers. The air conditioning didn't work, which would have been ok if we could have opened the window without tons of insects entering since there's no screen. They did provide a fan for the room after we asked. There's no room refrigerator but staff were happy to keep my husband's medication and a small box of restaurant leftovers in the fridge at the bar for us. All in all it wasn't a bad place to stay for the budget we had, I just wanted to give a few tips for anyone looking to stay here."
