"The pool was closed 2 out of the 3 days I was there for 'unexplained maintenance'. It was open the 3rd. I requested an email confirming the pool was closed but no one messaged me. Everything else was great. Also, parking should be included."

"The room had food crumbs on the floor. The bathroom vent cover was missing. The light bulb in one of the bedside lamps was burnt out. The kitchenette was old and no kitchen supplies or soap were provided without asking for a package of supplies. One soap provided for both shower and sink, but no shampoo and conditioner. No coffeemaker or cups. Very limited breakfast coffee and hot water for oatmeal. Huge stain on one of the curtains. This was the worst room I have stayed in for this price....
