"This is a four star hotel so for the most part everything actually was 4 star. Things outside of the 4 star are: we had dinner our first night at the main restaurant, It was not good maybe 2 star. Chicken tasted like it went bad and pasta was dry with no flavor that was disappointing. Luckily the hotel is right beside central mall so there are many restaurants at the Mall to eat from. 2 star on the dinner but breakfast buffet was 4 star. The gym was clean but lacks equipment. they constantly play videos of training ideas but half of the trainings on screen use equipment that are not available and showing mask wearing trainers (very unhealthy to wear mask especially during training). 3 star for gym. On the good side I would give them bed comfort level a 5 star and also the entire staff was 5 star! Overall happy with my choice."

"Overall, everything was excellent for a getaway. The atmosphere was pleasant and perfect for relaxation. The pool villa was clean and beautiful, and the staff were polite and provided impressive service. I would definitely return if given the chance."

"This is a beautiful family-owned and run business. The owner is German with a Thai wife. His step-son handles most of the day-to-day operations. They have a lovely little daughter who is so sweet. They were very helpful with recommendations to drive to and visit the National Parks nearby and even organized amazing boat trips for us to both national parks. They are situated right on the Mekong River. What makes this place exceptional is their location far away from everything else. It is so peaceful. They have amazing Thai and western food, including an amazing steakhouse because the owner used to be a butcher. They even helped watch the children while the parents ate. And when we needed to go to town for some supplies, they promptly drove us there and back. They have a lovely garden with water features, good AC and fans, and a nice pool for children, along with swings and a small playground. They have a stocked bar, and they make watermelon smoothies to die for. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back!"
