"I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. The balcony was lovely, but there were no chairs outside to sit and enjoy it. There was also not enough reading light options. Finally, it was very difficult to...

"We ended up booking a different hotel because the bed was that uncomfortable. However, the place was pretty clean. It was just very small, smaller than it looks in the pictures. So if you decide to stay, I would just recommend bringing your own sheets and pillows. I will say that the location is great, close to everything that we wanted to do. But it wasn’t the kind of place where you could comfortably get ready for an event or dinner out. It was very dark in the cabin and the AC was very loud....

"We were meeting people from Meredith and Weirs Beach. Location was close to both. Studio was homey, clean and comfortable. Owner Davida was very responsive. I assumed there would be a hair dryer, called Davida and she brought one right over. Pleasant stay. "

"Great location if you want to be in town. Able to walk to restaurants and downtown. Perfect size for our family of four. Washer/dryer was a nice convenience. We didn’t cook in but the kitchen was clean and well appointed. Watch out for the New England style stairs inside. Always steep and narrow in those old houses. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. "
