Low rates / great staff

Tamuning plaza hotel has a friendly staff and warm atmosphere. The manager is constantly trying to keep rates low. Rooms were clean and there is very little noise so u can get a good night sleep. I offten recommend tamuning plaza hotel.

Customer Service Attitide

The establishment itself, although a bit out to date is for the most part clean. I would like to say that some of the staff displayed obvious irritability throughout several interactions that occured throughout almost a month long stay with this Hotel. One in particular was stern in enforcing the newly established rules like not allowing visitors up to rooms. So much so that when i had asked my brothers to aid me with carrying my baggage up the steps to the 3rd floor of this hotel that for sure we were being shown attitude.

The place is outdated and everything in the room is old and stinky. Smells like mold inside the room and the airconditioning barely makes the room cold.

This property is falling apart. In worst area of town. The walls are moldy, paint coming off, furniture is falling apart, cigarette burns and stains all over the carpet, bathroom in such poor condition, I’m surprised the sink didn’t fall through the counter. Unfortunately I had to take a shower, but there was no hot water. Mini Fridge didnt work... I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone even if it was FREE. Do not stay here. I hope I didn’t get bed bugs

市内からちょっと離れているので、レンタカーがないと厳しいです。アウトレットの近くです。 安いのだけがとりえで、シャワーのお湯が出なかったり、ドライヤー無かったり、最低限のホテルです。ルームクリーニングは毎日してくれるので、清潔です。

スタッフの対応は問題ありませんでした。 空港からホテルまで20ドルから25ドルくらいです。初のグアム旅行でしたらおすすめしません。ホテルにはレストランも無く、食事する場所は少ないです。 ホテル横の建物にインスタ映えするアートがあります。

空港に到着してからホテルまで歩いて行きました。空港からホテルまで歩いて1時間程度です。場所は市内ではありません。近くにはアウトレットモールがあります。ホテルの横の建物に女性の絵が描いてありました。インスタ映えの場所とも言えます。 ホテルのロビーにスタッフがいました。日本語は通じません。ですが対応は問題ありませんでした。部屋は3階の真ん中あたりで防犯カメラが設置してありました。2ベッド・TV・ソファーがありました。TVは見ませんでした。WiFiは無料ですがちょっと弱い感じでした。1人で泊まるのは寂しすぎました。 ホテルには食事をするレストラン等はありません。しかし道路を渡ったら海があり、裸足で散歩しました。コインランドリーはありました。別の建物でした。
