* A nightmare for noise: water pressure issues caused a very loud drone to constantly echo through the walls so bad we had to use noise canceling earbuds. * An ant infestation throughout the bathroom had us squishing them every day, and I do literally mean “infestation”. * When requesting no cleaning in our room, we still had people entering (Herman the daytime manager eventually got that corrected, but noteworthy nonetheless) *Phone never communicated to the front desk so we had to go downstairs to talk to someone.

Cuando terminan de hacer el aseo en la habitaciones dejan la puerta abierta Fueron arreglar el baño y no nos pidieron permiso para entrar a la habitación solo entraron y estuvieron tocando mis cosas Y estuvieron trabajando encima de mis cosas en el baño Y cuando me queje su escusa fue yo no sabía Y no me dieron ninguna solución y ni siquiera pidieron disculpas Pésimo el hotel no lo recomiendo para nada

La estancia en general fue buena, sin embargo el check in fue terrible, no había habitaciones ni nos podían dar un tiempo estimado de espera. El personal de recepción poco resolutivo, fastidiado por las circunstancias. Y no había gerente o algún supervisor que resolviera. Aunque sus instalaciones son excelente, dudaría en elegirlo nuevamente ante este inconveniente
