"Very dirty hotel, there was mold, bugs on the bed and alot of stains. Dry blood stains on the pillowcase. I should have known as soon as i noticed the chair in the office had deep wet stains from who knows what. Whats upsetting is that i wont be getting a refund neither after walking in then straight back out. STAY AWAY!"

"The hotel looks great from the outside and on the website. However, when I arrived at 4 p.m. to check in, the experience was disappointing. The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. I would not book with this company again. Very disappointed."
