This ground floor Studio Suite is the perfect place for your stay if you're looking for convenience & comfort! This waterfront condo is located on the ground floor. For a restful night's sleep, we offer two comfy queen size beds. A Smart TV with Cable & Internet is ready for your TV or Netflix time. The studio is equipped with a microwave, Keurig pod coffee maker, toaster & compact refrigerator for the convenience of your stay. The unit has been updated with gorgeous wood flooring and has a work area for those working while traveling. The bathroom has a full bathtub and shower. Enjoy your breakfast or cup of coffee on the covered patio and enjoy the views of the pond. Get ready to enjoy your vacation!



**SPECIAL NOTE: This condo is also available to rent with a two bedroom connecting condo if you're traveling with friends or loved ones and they would like to have their own space & separate private entrance. Saddlebrook is a nice place to stay. The studio is big and has a nice size bathroom as well as patio to sit and enjoy the sunset or morning coffee. Great location… close to many restaurants and market. Kim and Charles make a great team!! They are helpful and made themselves accessible if we needed them. Overall great stay!!

A great place to stay if you're good with simple, clean and inexpensive. I felt safe and secure staying alone on the first floor. Basic amenities served their purpose - coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Overall a great place to stay!
