The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

Your suite comfortably sleeps four guests:

Free parking is included with your reservation; a pass will be provided at the security gate upon arrival. Please note that trailers, campers, boats, or jet skis are not permitted on the property.



For your convenience, a 24-hour coin-operated laundry facility with washers and dryers is located on the 3rd floor, next to the elevator. The price per load is $3 (subject to change), and both quarters and cards are accepted for payment.



The Neighborhood:

Rocky Point is comprised mostly of condos and some hotels. It's generally tourists with a few restaurants including The Pelican and the resorts bar & grill. If guests would like to swim in the ocean, they can go to Whiskey Joes around the corner (15 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive) or Ben T. Davis beach just behind Whiskey Joes (18 minute walk, 2-3 minute drive).



Getting Around:

The resort has plenty to do! With that being said, if you'd like to explore downtown Tampa, FL or St. Petersburg, we'd recommend either bringing a car or using uber/lyft!

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



Pack 'n Plays: Must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking to confirm.

Supplies & Towels: Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; please use the in-unit laundry if available to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.
