Very nice very accommodations for our family. The house is in an established neighborhood. Convienant to everything. The beds were comfortable, the linens were well appointed. The kitchen was fabulous. No dishwasher but not a biggie. At the time we were there there is day construction going on at the house next door. Not a biggie either they dont start too early or stay too late. Back yard and the lainai was very spacious to spread out.

House was nice and spaced out with enough room for the family. A little different with having side apt attached to the main house but everyone was quiet and respectful. The host was very responsive and helped with any issues.

The home was very accomodating, comfortable and spacious. Loved the spacious, well stocked kitchen and the two living areas with a TV in each. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. The screen room was also a nice. We would choose this option again if available.

Stayed in the house for two nights instead of a hotel, as company was attending a conference. Worked out perfectly. Online, and pictures, are spot on as to description. Weren’t there very much during the day, but it was nice to have a place to come back and relax a little bit. Very easy access to the airport. Grocery store/drug store are fairly near. Thoughtfully clean. Plenty of basic non-food house supplies. As advertised. Would stay there again.

Was not 100% comfortable with someone in garage apt wall to wall with house. No issues with that person at all just a bit different for me. Other than that, the house was very clean and worked for us.

Huset har ett lugnt och bra läge. Fina vitvaror och inredning. Matsalsbordet har endast 4 stolar och vi var 5 personer vilket gjorde det trångt.Det minsta badrummet är väldigt litet mer som en toalett.Huset har förutom denna del ytterligare två lägenheter så man har grannar på båda sidor.Bra att tänka på om man har mer en än bil.Övrigt ett fint hus.

My wife and I, along with my sister and her husband were in Tampa to take care of final arrangements for our Mother who unfortunately passed away Nov. 27th. I found this property available for our stay. The property was perfect for our needs. It was very close to every place we needed go to take care of her arrangements. The property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were excellent! We wish we were there under better circumstances because the property is very close to a lot of attractions, restaurants, and the Tampa airport. We would certainly stay at this property again!!
