I reserved a king and placed in a muffy cat smelling room with a stopped up bathroom sink that didn’t drain I booked there because it was close to the Florida Fairgrounds in which I attended the university of Tampa commencement. They offered no discount as others had I actually chose wrong hotel since the hotel is gloomy and grimy and it’s a Sheraton!! Expected better

The onsite team was fine, but the property is dated and dirty. The furniture in the room was stained the grout and caulk and the bathroom was horrible. There are spots in the bathroom that have been patched but never painted. There was a bubble in the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak that has not been repaired. Restaurant food and service was decent, but the window seals were covered in dust and carpet were dirty.

A basic hotel picked for its location. Signs in the hotel suggested it is about to undergo refurbishment, not before time. Sticky carpets and check-in staff not very welcoming.

The building is very old. Everything is grimy and dirty inside. The room’s wallpaper is peeling, bathroom mirror ajar, toilet was dirty, and generally really outdated in style and quality.
