This property was newly remodeled and is in a quiet neighborhood. Property includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Within ten minutes from Little Harbor in Apollo Beach. Twenty minutes from downtown Tampa and Ybor City. Includes washer and dryer as well as BBQ Grill. 15 minutes from E.G. Simmons Park where you can rent kayaks and canoes and hiking trails, a great place for outdoor activities.
