Modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in the heart of Tampa.

Located near the University of South Florida and Busch Gardens, this unit comes with a 58" Roku TV in the living room with Prime Video on us and a 32" Roku TV in the master bedroom. You'll also have free parking with this unit.

Additionally, You'll also have access to the community pool, game room, and gym located in the complex. There is a designated work space in the unit for those who need to get some work done while away from home.
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED A 500 REMEDIATION FEE.

-QUIET HOURS - 10 PM - 8 AM
