So quiet and comfortable

The house is so comfortable. Ken was great to work with. I got a lot of pleasure watching birds on the little lake. Highly recommend.

Comfortable house, peaceful backyard, convenient location.

We were in Tampa for a surgical procedure at Moffitt for my dad. The house was quiet and comfortable. Ken was a great host. I would definitely seek out this property if I had reason to return.

Hurricane Evacuation

We were excited to see Ken’s listing available after Hurricane Helene knocked out power at our home. The VRBO was a lovely landing spot and Ken is a responsive host.

Convenient yet quiet location. Out front you can watch the ducks by the pond across the street; out back enjoy the greenery. Friendly neighbors and good area for walking. Hosts very responsive. Home is roomy and well laid out.

Very Comfortable Stay

Property was located in older neighborhood of Tampa but convenient to downtown and all activities there without having to get on the expressway. Home extremely comfortable for long term stay (2 weeks).

Beautifully Renovated home! It was perfect for us! Convenient to USF, we were there for our daughter’s graduation. The owner checked in with us to make sure all was ok. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Biker Beach Bash

We came down for a beach bash and concert, the house provided us with the privacy we wanted. The space accommodated all of us and our motorcycles! I highly recommend this property!

Home away from home

The place was simply amazing me & the family really enjoyed our stay. My wife loved the setup & now has ideas for our home here in Indiana (lol). The host called before & during our stay to made sure things were fine & I truly appreciated that. When we come back to Florida we hope the place is available again!!!

Modern, Clean, and Comfortable

My husband and I chose this property as we needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter. It was newly and tastefully renovated and decorated. I wish all rental properties were as clean and well equipped. We will travel to Tampa again and will be sure to stay here.

House is very clean! Need some improvement for outside there is a big beautiful backyard missing some seating area to enjoy it. We will book again! We hope this time we can enjoy the view of the backyard

Bill visit

Traveling to visit our child at the local university. Property is clean, updated, in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Have stayed here twice and both times have been 100 % enjoyable. The property owner Ken responds in a timely manner and is very kind. We already have another visit planned and will continue to stay at this property, as it feels like home.

Nice, clean, quiet, roomy.

Our family of 5 stayed at for a week while my daughter was dancing at USF. Property worked out perfectly as my husband was working remotely, and my other daughter was doing an online camp. They have a separate office that my husband could use, and an extra desk for my daughter. Location was great: close to USF, and Busch Gardens. We had a great stay!
