The space
We provided pictures for it.
Guest access
Can access all house in and outside. Just we have one utilities closet locked. We don’t have special access for person with mobility needs. It is a townhome with stairs up to 2nd floor where the bedroom are.
Other things to note
At the check out,please turn off all the lights. Be sure all the doors and windows are close. Leave the keys in the lockbox. Take care of the keys, $30 fee for lost keys.

Condo was nicely remodeled. Super clean, everything provided for a stay. Across the street from the amusement park. Close to the cruise port. Lots of restaurant choices close by. The neighborhood is not great, but we had no issues. Good value. Great communication.

We have an awesome stay. The house is very clean and welcoming. I can't see any flaws. From a very hectic day and coming home to a house that feels like your own home is very relaxing. Definitely highly recomended.

We had a wonderful time! The location is great for access to many attractions in the Tampa area, close enough to Busch Gardens that you could walk there!Sleeping arrangements are as listed 2 queen & 1 twin, I like that the bedrooms were upstairs. Small yard with fire pit small table & chairs. The kitchens is well stocked however a few more pieces of silver wear would be nice, I also suggest some tinfoil & plastic storage bags be available it would be greatly appreciated..I highly suggest staying here and look forward to staying again when in the area! As you can tell from the title, this place clicked all our boxes and is so close to Busch Gardens that you can see a roller coaster and the fireworks from the back. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night to attrend a concert at the mid florida amphitheater which was only 15 minutes away. The house is very clean. Super cute. With a little back yard. The location was perfect right by everything with lots of late night options. The condo meet all our needs and was very comfortable with easy check in and out process. Will definitely stay again when visiting for another concert.

We had a great time. The house was exactly what we needed. It is extremely close to Busch Gardens and you could even watch the fireworks from the backyard. No complaints at all about this house. Thanks again.

This property is fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We traveled to the Tampa Convention Center every morning for a conference. The drive was only ever at most 20 minutes each morning. And 15 minutes at night going back. Comfortably sleeps three and can accommodate up to five.

Overall, the unit served our needs. The location is very close to Busch Gardens, but the neighborhood is run down and has a lot of noise at night. Inside the unit is cute and well cared for, but the upstairs carpet is very dirty and we had to re-wash dishes before we used them.

First let me say the host was fantastic!! We were coming off a cruise and requested and earl checkin which was made for us. Then the next morning we were off the ship even earlier then originally thinking, after calling the host he said no problem at all and sent us the code for the door. This was so much appreciated. The property inside and out was clean and well maintained with everything we needed and then some. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for three adults to find their own spots to rest. This home was very comfortable and we would stay here again. My one and only complaint is something that the owner can do nothing about, but I still want others to know. There is a property behind the house that was loud all hours of the day and night with very unwelcoming vehicles coming and going. We sit outside for awhile when arriving but then went side when it got a little “wild” over there. Again though I want it to be clear that in the house there were no worries at all about this property. It has cameras around that made us feel safe and this is not the property owners fault!

Spent a couples nights with some coworkers and one of their kids for work over the week end. Really nice location, our temp office was located right behind buschgardens so it was a quick easy drive, only about 5 minutes. After looking at some of the plates and cups I made the decision to just wash everything before we used it cause the cups had coffee residue in the bottom of them but other than that the stay was really nice
