A great property with clean, new amenities. We live nearby and go to Midtown frequently, so I was a bit shocked at the parking fees as parking at the complex is usually free.

It was disappointing— WiFi issues continued our entire stay; Continental Breakfast needs work; we overheard young man who was only person making eggs say “ that’s the last egg, we’re all out”. Coffee service couldn’t keep up. Also, interior room thermostat kept room at 64.

So disappointed!
The valet only option is horrific when there is an event in town. We waited for quite a bit to get our vehicle parked. Once parked, we checked in, went up to our room only to realize it was not the room we booked and was not roomy enough for our family. Originally booked 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Got a king and a sleeper sofa that was not accommodating to my 6ft child. Called down to be moved and, yep, all booked up. Paid an exorbitant amount for this room and ended up sleeping on an air mattress.
