The neighborhood is a little sketchy and not really close to anything. You definitely don’t feel safe walking around. House was nice, needs updated pillows and more furniture in the living room instead of 2 futons.

Have always stayed in hotels prior to this stay. In retrospect I would do things very differently. House location given that I was traveling with family was not the best (that’s on me). However, house floors were not very clean and one of the kids found a syringe without a needle in their room. This left a very unsettling feeling for all of us.

This property is significantly misrepresented online. One of the rooms is actually inside the garage, with bare concrete flooring—completely unsuitable for children. The room is extremely hot due to its location, yet this is not disclosed in the listing. When I raised this issue with the host, they insisted that the amenities were accurately described. Upon arrival, my family and I immediately left due to the unsafe neighborhood and the stark difference between the online photos and the actual condition of the home. Inside, we found multiple holes in the walls, closet doors falling off, and a backyard fence with loose or missing boards—posing serious safety risks, especially for children. Additionally, several rooms had a strong musty odor and lingering smoke smell, making it unsuitable for anyone, particularly those with respiratory concerns. The property is poorly maintained, and the host is unresponsive and unprofessional, failing to address or acknowledge these issues. I strongly advise against booking this rental. I have also reported it to VRBO, urging them to remove the listing due to false advertising and unsafe conditions.
