Great stay

The property was great! Right on the water with relaxing views to drink morning coffee and relax. Sunset bar and grill is a great way to end the evening with spectacular view of the sun going down and good food.

Needs Improvement

We enjoyed our stayed to certain extent, we also had stay here last year too. We weren’t happy with the sofa bed it is horrible PLEASE replace it. The couch is falling apart and horrible to sleep on. It also needs Black out curtains the lights are to bright coming from outside and hard to fall asleep. The bathroom shower head, the faucet the entire shower needs an upgrade. The shower curtains are holding on with plastic straps is just ridiculous. Upgrades will not cost you a lot but it will help you getting good reviews and happy clients. Also musty smell that didn’t go away. Hopefully we find it in better conditions next year.

This property at Little Harbor is right by the water where you may see dolphins and manatees! It’s a cute little beachy condo and it was super clean.

Cozy Stay

The property is excellent for couples that want to spend a relaxing stay away from the every day rush. The amenities are great and Marilin is an excellent host. Definitely we will staying again in the future.

We enjoyed the stay. Clean room with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Loved having quick access to the pool and beach area. Great restaurants and wonderful local breakfast spots to eat.

Short stay

We stayed from Sunday to Saturday! Called Manager Sunday told them shower wasn't working. Never received reply. The security light comes on at 7:00 at night and stays on till 7:30 a.m. no way to turn it off. So . Looks like the lights are on very hard to sleep! I'm a positive note. The hot tub was nice and we saw dolphins in the morning

We had a blast ! Walking on the beach looking for shells on one side of the property and on the other side watching sting rays, manatees and dolphin family !! The food at Hooks was delicious!!

Ruskin Fun

We had a really good time at our Ruskin property. Nice pool great restaurants and easy beautiful scenery! We could walk to any of our destinations at Little Harbor. The only negative is the condo is very small and we did get tired of being in such a small space. Otherwise, great time!

Great location. Nice quiet area. Would definitely stay here again. Finding the unit was a bit of a challenge. But the owner answered right away to help direct us.

Quality Time

Surprised my husband with a quick, kid free wk end. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees in the water. The restaurants and pools was a great added bonus. We had an absolutely great time. It was just what we both needed. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Marilin, for your quick responses. Your place was decorated well and very clean. Location was amazing too.
