Quaint and cozy place on the water- good for 1 person or a couple max as it’s fairly small. Did t get a chance to take advantage of the amenities but very nice and ‘Florida-ey’. Highly recommend.

Rose is an excellent host! Very affordable stay. Property is well maintained and the unit where you stay is adorable! The pool is right outside your bedroom door! I would recommend this place to anyone! I will be back next year.

Owners very welcoming and supportive. Wish the guest “house” wasn’t just a converted shed. Needed a dehumidifier, fan in bathroom which was open to living area, and seating inside. A sofa bed or Murphy bed would offer comfortable indoor seating. Met our minimum requirements.

I stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend, and the Guest House was awesome. It was perfect for me since I was a solo traveler, and I cannot wait to stay here again. This was the perfect place for me to stay on my trip to the Tampa area. The apartment is separate and private from the main house, and it has access to the bay, a pool, and dock. Very relaxing and quiet. I would stay here again, for sure.

We loved this charming and cozy spot! It was perfect for the two of us. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The pool, outdoor seating area, and little beach were great! The hosts, Rose and Charlie, made us feel right at home! We will be back!
