This property is equipped with a smart lock/keypad system, ensuring secure and convenient entry at any time during your stay. Guests will initially receive a link to complete all pre-arrival forms and rental agreements. Once these are finalized, we’ll send a separate communication with a personalized access code for the apartment.

This thoughtfully designed apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, perfect for working professionals or families. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 65-inch TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and a 65-inch TV, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with a 55-inch TV. The second and third bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom located conveniently in the hallway.

The living area is crafted for relaxation, featuring a beige couch and a yellow chair that convert into futon beds for extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a dedicated work desk makes remote work easy. For your convenience, trash pickup is available right outside the apartment.

Please note, this unit is located on the Third Floor, and ONLY access is via stairs as the building does not have an elevator.
Guests can enjoy full access to the building's comprehensive amenities, including a swimming pool, kids park, a state-of-the-art gym, a business center, and a barbecue grill. The community/swimming pool area features game activities such as a large Connect 4, Cornhole, a pool table, and a ping pong table. These links contain essential information for the check-in process, including a Pre-Arrival Form and a Rental Agreement for the property. Guests are required to upload a valid ID through the pre-arrival form to verify their identity.

Once you have completed the necessary information, including ID verification, in the pre-arrival form and the rental agreement, a digital access code for the apartment will be issued to you. This code ensures secure and convenient access to your accommodation throughout your stay.
