"It was really good once we checked in however we booked through Hotels.com and the staff member had never heard of Hotels.com and couldn't find our booking so I had to book again. Not happy. Eventually a senior staff found the original booking, this indicates a serious training falure. "

"Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpets along the corridors were dirty. There were very obvious stains on the bedroom walls. There were no toilet paper. Upon requesting, a 3/4 used toilet paper was given and no extras provided. Air-con was noisy. Have stayed in other cheaper budget hotel with better room conditions."
