"From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The friendliest most helpful staff you could ever find in Australia. They all clearly love their jobs and want to be there. My sister and I stayed with my 4 year old niece. We have had the most wonderful 3 days. We will be back"

"Should have checked the recent reviews. This section of the island is in strife with Electricity and Gas being switched off and the locals of the Cove living off generators or just leaving the island. It’s a sad situation for them. Most of the features listed in the booking ad were not in use. - No Cafe - No Watersports - No Fitness Centre - No Park - No Bowls - Only 1 place to eat with very limited choice - worse of all, the pool was not in use. We were told that the pool was out of order...

"Car parking very difficult, bay 15 next to 4!!!! bathroom very dated, wood cupboards etc falling to bits, felt unclean, bedroom ok! lack of privacy due to frosted glass window in bathroom out onto passage and other apartments doors!! other people directly outside, cockroaches in kitchen, at most a 2 star if desparate."

"The facilities and room at the Q1 was fantastic. The rooms (2 bedroom apartment) was excellent. Everything was within walking distance and the pools, games area and Long Boards restaurant was great! The only let down was prior to checkin, we were spoken to rudely by a service representative when trying to amend the booking by adding an additional night. Overall, the experience staying at Q1 was fantastic and I would recommend others to stay."
