Great location. Very convenient for people travelling from JFK airport. Twenty minute train ride on the LIRR from Jamaica station and then a ten minute walk from Grand Central. Staff were all polite and helpful. One minor issue with TV remote control on first day which was rectified quickly.

The power outlets were sparse and old which made the connection very loose. Also no direct USB-C ports which made it hard to charge anything bedside. The rooms were very small and after opening bags, there were no wiggle room to move around and adjust.

Lovely hotel and prompt and good staff assistance when needed.

Wall Street Hotel continues to be the place we choose to stay at during the US Open. The service is terrific and the lobby far is fun and serves excellent cocktails. The rooms continue to be very well maintained.
