The rooms are not new but it add to the classical japanese experience. Overall i recommend if you are looking to live the authentical japanese experience. The staff was so polite and professional too."

"Very good. Staff were so nice and helpful. The onsen facilities were lovely. The room was lovely and clean. There’s a short uphill walk to the hotel from the bus or train station so be sure to call the hotel upon arrival to arrange a shuttle collection. "
