"Had a lovely time at Mercure Oradea Hotel! The aesthetic and room comfort are spot on, and the spa area is fantastic, the big windows letting in natural light create such a nice, relaxing vibe. You can tell the hotel is still fresh and working through some opening adjustments on the service side. We noticed a couple of minor things, like the spa missing staff at 7:30 AM for towels and turning on the sauna (despite a 7:00 AM opening time), and the restaurant overcooking a burger to well-done when we asked for medium. It’s totally understandable for a new spot as the personnel get properly trained and settled into the routine. Overall, it’s a wonderful property with tons of potential, and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the host was very kind and helped me with everything I needed. He told me to eat at Casa Romaneasca, a very excellent choice. I will stay here again when I come back to Baile Felix. "
