Great view, great facilities overall, comfortable and clean apartment, friendly, helpful, and responsive staff, and great location. Would stay there again. Only minor negative was that only 2 bath towels were supplied, with no hand towels or face cloths.

The 2-room suite (for 4 of us) was smaller than I expected but is comfortable and clean. The staff at the counter were most supportive, helping us with Touch n go related requests, among others. Location was easy to find, and is accessible without being in a crowded area. Breakfast is moderately good, there were better options on the 2nd day for vegetarians.

Amazing stay!
The receptionist are helpful and friendly.
I really enjoy my stay and a bit sad I had to leave the place for my next trip.
You can easily find food and groceries just accross the street from the entrance of the hotel.
I recommend shama suasana for anyone who wants to stay at Johor Bahru.
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
