"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The amenities, including the pool and gym room were top-notch. The location was also great, offering easy access to local attractions. Overall, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time, and I would definitely recommend this place to others."

"The staff is not responsible, 1st day did not his clean up and service the room. 2nd day, did not do his duty at all. When feedback, he hide behind the counter and leverage his Chinese drink stall staff to teach me a lesson. Thank you for the wonderful lesson from the drink store guy protect the irresponsible hotel staff."

"Had a wonderful stay at Ethel Cozy Suite. The apartment is humble, cozy, and very clean. It felt comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The unit was well-maintained, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the check-in and stay process. Great location, comfortable environment, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Cameron Highlands....

"The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy."

"Excellent location walking distance to all amenities, very friendly service, ample free parking, highly recommend"

"The property looks tired and needs renovation. The shower water in the bathroom is not hot enough. The owner is very helpful to show me where to find the keys."

"Staff is very helpful. Service "call" bell is not working but staff is responsive to whatsapp. Staff even help us find a workshop to come to assist us when we had a flat tire during check out."
