"The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended"

"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

"The room was nice and clean and the hotel was in a great location. Definitely recommend Jasmine Cafe down the driveway of the hotel for an excellent meal. The breakfast buffet, not so much. Good selection but the food was average. Advertised to open at 6am but didn’t open until 6:30am. Staff were wanting to be helpful but moved very slowly. There was a gym and pool which we didn’t use. The sauna was great."
