"After extensive searches for the ultimate PV lodging experience, we settled on this beautiful villa! All the pictures are accurate. The view was absolutely phenomenal. Nothing like waking up on a 65 degree morning, sitting out on three separate verandas to soak in the rising sun. Also the picture perfect sunsets! Ken’s villa is located close to town and away from the crowds and hustle, if you looking for peace and quiet . Uber’d north and south to take advantage of sites and restaurants...

"This house was very cute the pictures dont do it justice. I stayed the weekend here with my husband an 2 kids 7 & 10. I communicated with the host Eric but his wife Teresa was the 1 to actully received us, which was even better being received by her she was lovely and had excellent style. Eric was very quick with responding. I asked a special request of him if he was able to do so and he did so which was very cool. I changed my check in time to an earlier time amd check out time ki changed twice...

"villa marbella exceeded our expectations. amazing view, house, staff. really comfortable lodgings. be advised, however, that walking outside is difficult due to the steep terrain and cobble-stone streets. (we were not able to use our baby strollers.)"

"Nice house First time of having a chef and a great helper. Food was awesome. Pool is very small but worst memory were the beds are so hard that we did not look forward to going to sleep. Location of house is over 30 minutes to town. Owner did not get back to us regarding tipping of daily housekeeper which really was not needed, yet we were expected to tip her also. Being on the ocean was enjoyable. No access and no beach, but very relaxing The customs at airport was a very negative start. Took...

The place is in a great location close to the beach, lots of restaurants (although we ate in most of the time). The place is very much designed for seamless inside/ outside living as advertized. Highly recommend for a family vacation."

"Stayed here with 19 others for a bachelor party. It's a fantastic place, 5 min walk from the beach, and 15 min from the marina area. An easy 10-25min uber to the popular neighbourhoods in PV. The host Arnold was extremely communicative, immediately smoothed over some issues that came up. All in all a 5 star experience!"

We had all the amenities we needed. John and Jordy were very hospitable and did a fantastic job hosting us from start to finish. They were there for us every step of the way. "It was a beautiful property. 2 min walk down to conchas chinas beach. 20 minute walk along the beach to playa muertos and the romantic zone. The "office" isn't a real bedroom and just had an air mattress. The rest of the rooms were beautiful. Overall it was an amazing experience."

The Villa is beautiful and provides great amenities. The staff is efficient and kind.
