Beautiful view on the Lake and the mountains and near the one of the most famous place of paraglider called "Planfait" ( 5min by car ) and you re at 5 min too from the Lake by car.
Ski stations such as La Clusaz are really close ( 40 min by car).
It's a peaceful place where you can spend your holidays in family.
It has been separated in 4 apartments.
Bath and bed linen are provided in the prestation.

We're really discreet but if you need anything we can answer you anytime by phone or physically.

We offer too services such as : home chef, outdoor activities, cleaning , laundry...

The neighborhood is really quiet, it's in the country but really close from Annecy which a very beautiful town and from the ski resort such as la Clusaz and the Grand-Bornand.
Then the accommodation is on the hills of Talloires which is a very famous place ( Auberge du Père Bise, Abbaye de Talloires...).

The tenants will have access to all the accommodation of course but also to a private terrace and a bit of garden in front of it.
The access is easy and there's a gate at the entrance of the accommodation and a private car park.

The apartment has been renovated for the most part and you can enjoy a really good view on the mountains and the Annecy's Lake.

It's well separated from the others apartment and you can enjoy your own space.

However a car is necessary.
