Superb 90 sq.m apartment overlooking lake Annecy with a private terrace of 31 sq.m.

Apartment located in a luxury residence with parking and secured SWIMMING POOL. Access to the center of Talloires as well as the lake and many activities, walking distance (500m approximately).
This fully equipped apartment offers a very pleasant south exposure and a unique view over the bay of Talloires and Lake Annecy. This residence is located a few hundred meters from the departure of the famous randonnee from the "Angon Cascade".

Access to the main floor of the residence (adapted for people with reduced mobility).

"Superbe vue lac, Terrasse & Piscine" is composed as follow :

- Entrance hall equipped with a large closet, access to laundry room (washer / dryer combined).
- Spacious living room opening onto the kitchen and dining area for 6/8 persones, splendid view of the lake, south exposure. This place gives access to the terrace by two large windows from wall to wall.

- 1st double bedroom with wardrobe, bed 160x190cm. (queensize)
- Bathroom next door with toilet, shower and sink
- 2nd double bedroom with wardrobe, bed 140x190cm. Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.

The flat can be rented at the same time as the "Talloires - Hermitage apt, lake view & pool", for a total capacity of 9 people.

Talloires is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages in all of France, exuding thousands of stories and legends. It features an exceptionally scenic bay as well as an authentic marina- both within walking distance from the beach. Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall. Nearby, many activities can be practiced:

In Summer:
-Cycling (bike path accessible from the SHORE now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to Annecy every summer.
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires)

gorgeous apartment .. perfect communications with Sophie and Cedric was really helpful. really clean, gorgeous place in Talloires ... really convenient on the free summer bus to Annecy. overlooking the lake and peaceful. swimming pool was empty ! really really clean apartment (and I'm really fussy!) we also had a roof box and the carpark doesn't have a barrier which was great. the balcony overlooking the lake was so restful we stayed out there until very late just watching the lights and view... highly recommend this apartment. of course you can pay less .. .. but was so worth it for a lovely stay. thankyou. 🙂🌄

Perfect apartment with great location and magnificent views of the Lac. Sophie and her team are great to work with and everything was well organized and on time. The single "negative" I could point to (although this was made clear in communication, I just didn't pay attention to it at the time) is that towels provided are limited to 1 large and 1 small per person, there is NO additional linen in the apartment unless specifically requested and paid for. Otherwise it's definitely a 5 !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The appartment was conveniently situated and very comfortable. Letichia was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The appartment has a spectacular view but we were unable to enjoy it after 2pm due to it being overwhelmingly hot (but we requested fans which were delivered quickly by the agency) Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay so we will definitely be re-visiting this area sometime in the very near future. The appartment had all the necessary amenties and was very comfortable. However it would be nice if a mirror was place over the chestive draws in both bedrooms.

Well equipped place with an amazing view over the lake from big windows and a spacious balcony. Just a 10 min walk to the lakeside. Family with 2 kids had a very comfortable stay. Would definitely come again!

Appartement très confortable, spacieux, bien aménagé et très clair. Le point fort est incontestablement la grande terrasse offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac. Le petit point négatif est que l'appartement n'est pas climatisée et il peut faire très chaud dans le salon/salle à manger en cas de fortes températures. La températures dans les chambres restent néanmoins très acceptable si l'on prend la peine de fermer les volets dès les matin. Quelques suggestions d'amélioration: quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour cuisiner (moules, fouet, pèse aliments) seraient les bienvenus. Et au moins un grand parasol orientable sur la terrasse car les stores ne procurent aucune ombre passé 13h l'été compte tenu de l'orientation du soleil, de sorte qu'en cas de grosse chaleur, on ne peut tout simplement pas profiter de la terrasse l'après-midi et jusqu'à ce que le soleil se couche. La piscine gagnerait aussi à être nettoyée un peu plus souvent et un peu mieux aménagée (peu de transats en mauvais état). Mais globalement je recommande vivement cette location (voiture indispensable) et nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur le magnifique lac d'Annecy

This is fantastic property with everything that you could want, including a bottle of wine on arrival. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The views are fantastic from the apartment and probably better than the photos. The stars at night were something else, including seeing the space lab go over twice. There is a steep hill from the village to the property that takes about 10 minutes to go up, 5 to go down. If you want the stunning views you need the height and the climb. There is a small supermarket in the village and plenty of restaurants for a small place. The village is delightful retaining its alpine charm. All in all thoroughly recommend it!

We loved this apartment for its wonderful views and terrace, comfortable beds, and wonderful light. It’s a 10 minute walk downhill to town, (and an uphill climb back) very quiet, nice pool. Wonderful for our family of four. We brought our Moka pot, which was preferable to the coffee capsule machine in the apartment. Highly recommend!
