Very thin walls which are not great when the guests in the neighbouring room stay up until 2am, no ventilation (no window to open) so very stuffy even in December"

"All good except the front door step unsafe, the wind took one of the fence panels and the wheelie bins so couldn’t do rubbish and a man turned up to fix the taps but we refused entry as we had no notification or expectation of visit."

"Very impressed with my stay . The apartment is HUGE a family bathroom and a large bedroom and another with a lovely en-suite is a win . Kitchen and Living room very clean modern . Plenty of parking spaces and room for contractors with a van with no height restrictions. "

"We spent 5 nights in this ground floor apartment at the end of April. It was perfect for us - a retired couple, one of whom has a mobility problem. The toilet and walk-in shower were immaculate and the kitchenette well equipped. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The large TV with Freeview and streaming was mainly excellent but with some stuttering /pixelation on the live TV channels. The host/ manager responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is well located...

"The actual apartment was clean, comfortable and serviceable. It is in a block with more permanent residents who do not have the same standards of cleanliness. Post box junk mail emptied on the entrance floor. Nappy wipe dropped at the front door. Smell of old cooking and smoking coming from other apartments."

"Beds were not zipped to make double separate bedding gap with beds No central heating reliant on separate electric heater Towels disgusting thin and bleach marks on them Parking difficult vans in and out of drive electric gates open and shut too quickly the manager not helpful raising my complaint about heating even though I’d sent message when first booked , On main road . Left after ONE night still trying to get refund . Better to concentrate on decent bedding pillows pillowslips and towels...
