Det fanns tydligen chans att få en frukost påse, om man åkte tidigare än när frukosten öppnade. När vi frågade om just frukostpåsen, så fick vi svar att den skulle man minsann förboka innan!! Vi hittar ingenstans där det står att man ska förbeställa den frukostpåsen ?? Sen kan man tala om just att man minsann måste förbeställa den påsen, på ett mer vänligare sätt. Synd på detta bemötande som drar ner helhets upplevelsen.

Hjärta å kärleken med grym service

Jag bokade 5 fem inför en kommande begravning. Vi skulle få en trevligt och kärleks full stund dagen innan. Ulrika i reception hjälpte till med det mesta och var så omtänksam. Senare på kvällen fick vi en sån otrolig varm å fin service av Restaurangchefen Johanna. Vilken kvinna till service mind ! Hon gjorde verkligen vår vistelse på Gylle Hornet till den bästa. Jättefin utsikt över Siljan och delar byn. Maten var super god! Allt va toppen!! Kocken kom även ut och var hjälpsam till vårt sällskap. Stort tack till alla ni på Gylle hornet! Kommer lätt tillbaka !!
