Enjoy a relaxing stay at this charming and newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. With its own separate entrance, this cozy space is on the 2nd floor of a lovely home built in 1930, situated on a large fenced in property with lots of privacy. The en-suite bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room, with large screen TV, has a double sofa bed. The kitchen has all appliances and a small dining area. Convenient guest parking is located at the back of the property. Pickleball Court with equipment on property. This urban oasis awaits your visit.

Very nice location and great 1 bedroom apartment. Seclude and quote location. The best part was the close proximity to downtown Tallahassee and FSU.
