"It was a lovely little Inn and the Village area very pretty. The room itself was nice; however smaller than what was expected as was the bed which was not that comfortable. We seemed to be the only people there which I found odd given when I booked it appeared the Inn was sold out. Breakfast was do it yourself with bread, cereal etc available in a small room next to the entrance. There is no one on site and instructions for getting in were provided by email. "Very friendly staff in popular and welcoming village local. We only stayed one night and didn't eat here though the menu looked great. Obviously popular with locals and tourists alike for a small village it was busy on the Saturday night we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable though dated. The bed was a bit older than some but perfectly pleasant. The surrounding area is stunning with plenty to do within a short drive and lots of walking on your doorstep. Overall a most enjoyable stay.
